Program Name and Description
Blue Agave Watch is a neighborhood watch management platform for Blue Agave Neighborhood Watch. The platform enables residents to sign up for their neighborhood watch program, report suspicious activity, receive incident alerts by email and/or SMS, and stay connected with their block captains and neighbors.
By creating an account on Blue Agave Watch, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Text Messaging Terms
Program: Blue Agave Watch Neighborhood Watch Alerts
Description: By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive text message alerts from Blue Agave Watch. These messages include incident reports submitted in your neighborhood and administrative broadcasts from the neighborhood watch program administrator. Opting in to SMS notifications is entirely optional. You may use Blue Agave Watch with email-only notifications and never provide a phone number.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on incident activity in your neighborhood. You may receive multiple messages per day during periods of high activity, or none at all during quiet periods.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
Supported Carriers: Blue Agave Watch text messaging is available on all major US carriers. Carrier support may vary.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any Blue Agave Watch text message at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent to your number. You can also update your preference at blueagavewatch.com/profile.

Privacy: Your mobile phone number will never be shared with other members or third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password
- You agree to provide accurate information when signing up, including your correct street address
- You agree to use the incident reporting feature only for genuine safety-related reports
- You agree not to submit false, misleading, or harassing incident reports
- The platform administrator reserves the right to remove accounts that violate these terms
Incident Reports
Incident reports submitted through Blue Agave Watch are visible to all authenticated members of the platform. Do not include personally identifiable information about individuals in incident descriptions. Reports are intended to document safety-related observations, not to make accusations.
Limitation of Liability
Blue Agave Watch is a community tool operated by volunteers. It is not a substitute for contacting emergency services. For emergencies, always call 911. The platform administrators are not liable for any actions taken or not taken based on information posted on the platform.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
